Apply for claim
Please follow the following steps to apply for claim.
1.Apply for claim for loss/damage
Scan the QR code (click the button on mobile devices) above, download Flash Express APP and login your account
Click 【Claim】 in 【Home】 Claim Support : Apply for claim within 7 days after receiving the delivery Claim Progress : damaged/lost during transportation
Select the parcel to be paid in 【Completed】, and click the 【Apply for Claim】 button to fill in the claim information.
2.Apply for COD refund
Scan the QR code (click the button on mobile devices) above, download Flash Express APP and login your account
Click 【My Parcels】 select 【Receive-Completed】and select the package you want to claim for and click the parcels to view the details.
Click 【My Parcels】 select button at the bottom of the page 【More】- 【Apply COD refund requirement】to submit requirement.
